Selina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from San Francisco State University and an MBA degree from San Francisco State University.
Ms.Ng served as the Bay Area Joint Information Systems Administrator and facilitated website design for AlertheBay.org, BATEP.org, as well as Bayareauasi.org. Furthermore, Ms.Ng was previously the Public Information Course Planner for the Bay Area Training and Exercise Program.
